The staff worked hard to turn our little house and garden into an art emporium over the weekend of the 10th and 11th May.
I had lots of fun stress-testing the roof of the marquee and saying hello to all our visitors – we had over 50 lovely people through our doors – thank you to all of you for coming and helping to make our launch so special.
The staff will be taking Mr Monty’s Feline Art Emporium to markets, fairs and shows over the coming months and I think I can persuade them to have more open house events too. I’ll make sure they keep you updated through these news pages.
Inspecting the nibbles…
Welcome to my marquee! I’m sitting just in front of a fabulous pen and ink painting by my mystery artist, Madame Bijoux. Her other painting sold – much to Elaine’s distress.
This is me with a stunning lampshade by fine art printer, Dena O’Brien. And I’m sitting on a double page spread about her in Cornwall Living.
These lovely cushions are by textile designer, Nicky Walker. Take a bow, Nicky.
and I can vouch for how very comfortable they are!
This is our dining room turned into a gallery for the weekend.
So look out for other open house events, as well my travelling emporium at markets and fairs in the London area.
