Fuss and Feed Services
We won’t expect you to pay until you’re happy everything was done to our mutually agreed standards and to your satisfaction.
Before we can be responsible for your cat we’ll need to know a few things:

  • Food, drink, exercise regimes
  • Vet details
  • Your contact details
  • Details of any existing illnesses

As we’ll have access to your property we may need security details (if you have alarms and door access codes for instance). We’ll only ever keep your keys with a code so, in the unlikely event they are they are lost or stolen, no-one will be able to connect them to your property.

Late booking surcharge
At our consultation meeting we always state that we ask for two weeks’ notice for a booking. This is only way we can keep on top of the booking administration (and plan our own lives!).

Any booking request with less than two weeks’ notice (assuming we can do it) will be subject to a 50% surcharge. So, the prices for these visits will be:

Cat Licks £12
Cat’s Whiskers £18
Full Monty £27

Requests for bookings with less 72 hours’ notice (assuming we can do it) will be subject to a 100% surcharge. So, prices for these visits will be:

Cat Licks £16
Cat’s Whiskers £24
Full Monty £36

Cancellation fee
The charge will only apply to cancellations less than 48 hours before a booking begins. Cancellations and adjustments with more than 48 hours’ notice will not be subject to any charge.

Short notice cancellation charges will be made for the first day of the booking. So, if you’d booked two visits, we’ll charge for both.

If a booking is cancelled part way through, we will charge the full amount.
